Getting here by car or truck

To reach the DUS Air Cargo Center (DACC) by car or truck, leave the Autobahn (motorway) A44 at the exit "Düsseldorf Flughafen" (airport). Then keep right (towards "Abflug" (flight departures)), following the signs for "Luftfracht / Cargo“. Our building is clearly marked by the sign "DUS Air Cargo Center".

After reaching the DACC (Tor 34 (Gate 34)) please contact the gatekeeper to obtain a pass for access to the premises. Then the local signs on site will show you where the individual specialist departments are. Our staff on site are also very happy to be of assistance.

Getting to us by public transport

Arrival at Düsseldorf airport's train station for long-distance services:

• After leaving the railway station platform, please follow the signs towards "SkyTrain".
• Before reaching the "SkyTrain" platform please take the elevator, going down.
• Follow the Frachtstraße westwards. As you do so, you pass the "AirBerlin Technik" buildings (Halls 7 and 8).
• After this, you will see the DUS Air Cargo Center (DACC) on the right hand side.
• You need to pass the DACC along the Frachtstrasse; this is because access is only possible via Gate 34 on the west side.
• When you reach Gate 34, please go to the gatekeeper.
• Please assume that it takes approx. 15-20 minutes to cover this distance by foot.

Arrival at Düsseldorf Airport Terminal Rail Station:

• Please leave the terminal at the Arrivals level.
• Then follow the terminal ring road eastwards (i.e. to the left).
• Then turn left onto the Frachtstrasse and follow that street.
• When you reach Gate 34, please go to the gatekeeper.
• walking distance is approx. 15 minutes.
